Craftsmanship Careers
We are actively building the next generation of tilers. Apprentices are a priority at TCQ because we use them often, support them properly, and give them room to learn the trade the right way.
Work Without Rushed Compromise.
Skilled tilers often leave premium work when rushed programs force speed over finish quality. TCQ is built around realistic scheduling, clear communication, and pride in the details that clients actually see.
At Trade Collective Queensland, we value reliable tradespeople, capable contractors, and apprentices who want to learn properly. Our key focus at the moment is strengthening our tiling, waterproofing, and apprenticeship pathways across Greater Brisbane.
Apprentices are not treated as an afterthought. We bring them into real project environments with supervision, practical repetition, and quality-control expectations so they can grow into confident tradespeople.
Why Tradespeople Join Trade Collective:

Apprenticeship Pathway
We use apprentices across our workflow and help them build repeatable trade habits: preparation, measuring, site setup, material handling, tool care, and finish awareness.
Advanced Premium Machinery
We equip our site teams with top-tier Italian slab cutters, vacuum hoist frames, specialized diamond grinding wheels, and digital laser leveling scanners to ensure flawless layouts.
Architectural Respect
We work alongside Brisbane's most prominent architects. Your mitre alignments, stone bookmatching, and layout geometry are appreciated as true structural art.
Meticulous Substrate Prep
You won't be forced to lay tiles over uneven substrates or sagged balconies. We grind, prime, and screed concrete ourselves to guarantee structural alignment.
High-Performance Careers
Our key focus at the moment is apprentices first, then qualified tilers, waterproofing specialists, and reliable contractors across Greater Brisbane.
